Andrew Bonham is Vice President, W. R. Grace & Co. and President, Grace Construction
Products. He has responsibility for Grace's commercial construction and residential
building product lines. Andrew has more than 25 years of management experience in
the chemical and discrete component manufacturing arenas.
Grace Construction Products is an approximately $1 billion global business with facilities,
sales and technical services support in more than 25 countries. Its principal products
include specialty admixtures for the cement and concrete industry, and waterproofing,
residential building materials, and fire protection products for the construction
industry. It is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Andrew joined Grace in 2005 as Vice President and General Manager of Grace Construction
Products – Europe, based in Brussels, Belgium. In this position, he was responsible
for revenues of $350 million and 600+ employees across Europe, the Middle East,
Africa, India and Russia. He assumed his current responsibilities in September 2007.
Before joining Grace, Andrew worked at Invensys plc, a global industrial automation,
controls and transportation provider. He joined the company in 2000 as Vice President
of Marketing, Communications and e-Business for a division with 125 manufacturing
operations and 17,000 employees in 46 countries. He earned several promotions and
was most recently, President of Invensys Controls-Americas where he oversaw a unit
comprised of three businesses with revenues in excess of $800 million.
Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at Allied Signal (currently Honeywell) as Director
of Sales for the company's Performance Fibers Business Unit. While there, he implemented
a growth-oriented performance based culture in the North American region. He also
held a marketing position for Allied Signal's technology start-up serving the military,
law enforcement and industrial textile sectors.
In addition to these experiences, Andrew spent 12 years with General Electric (GE).
He held senior commercial management positions within three of the company's business
units. While at GE, he underwent significant leadership and financial training.
Andrew holds an MBA from Averett University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

catalysts for the manufacture of plastics; silica-based engineered and specialty
materials for a wide-range of industrial applications; sealants and coatings for
food and beverage packaging, and specialty chemicals, additives and building materials
for commercial and residential construction. With annual sales of more than $3.1
billion, Grace has about 6,500 employees and operations in over 40 countries.
