Pamela K. Wagoner

Pamela is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for W. R. Grace & Co. She is responsible for Grace’s global HR activities, including recruitment and retention, leadership development, employee training, labor relations, talent and performance management, regulatory compliance and compensation.

Pamela joined Grace in July 2009 after nearly eight years with Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (Host), a Fortune 500 real estate investment trust and owner of upscale hotels. She joined Host in 2001 as Vice President, Human Resources and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources in 2003.

Earlier in her career, Pamela held senior HR positions at SAVVIS Communications, Lucent Technologies, Inc. and Yurie Systems Inc., which was acquired by Lucent in 1996.

In addition to her work experiences, Pamela is qualified by the Center for Creative Leadership, William Bridges and The Ken Blanchard Companies in a variety of assessment and leadership training programs, and has received her Certificate in International Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
