Financial Reorganization Plan Confirmation

On January 31, 2011, Judge Judith Fitzgerald of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware confirmed Grace’s Joint Plan of Reorganization.

As required by U.S. bankruptcy law, Grace’s Joint Plan was next considered by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. On January 31, 2012, the District Court denied all objections and confirmed the Joint Plan in its entirety.
