Diversity Profile
Grace is focused on continually increasing diversity among employees. Approximately
3,300 people, or 50% of employees, work in the United States. Of the remaining employees,
nearly 2,000 work in Europe, 800 in Asia Pacific and 340 in Latin America.
Within the United States, the overall workforce is approximately 20% female and 20%
minority. There are nearly 700 employees of African American, Hispanic and Asian
descent. These figures are expected to increase based on new hiring trends. In 2005,
females accounted for 24% of new hires and minorities were 25%.
The company performs diversity audits and maintains data on recruitment of people
of color. In addition, the CEO personally reviews this data and has spoken about
the importance of diversity at company events.
