Diversity Recruitment and Development

Our company is committed towards building a strong and diverse talent pipeline in many ways:

The New Leaders Program is for recently graduated students who have the ability, potential and aspiration to become our future generation of leaders.

The diversity mix of our New Leaders Program shows Grace's effort and commitment towards providing opportunities for talented individuals with a diverse background: 45% are minority and 30% are female.

Our Talent Reviews build a shared mindset on the importance of a diverse talent mix and monitors progress toward this end.

As part of our diversity commitment, Grace is also a corporate sponsor of INROADS, a non-profit organization that trains and develops talented minority youth for professional careers.

Grace also has been strengthening its on-campus relationships with the Society of Women Engineers, National Black MBA Association and National Society of Black Engineers, and has job postings with these organizations.
