PHONOSORB® molecular sieve beads are available in different particle sizes for different spacer bar systems and filling techniques:

0.5-0.9 mm / 35-20 mesh beads and automatic filling systems where the desiccant is pneumatically loaded into the profile through small injectors

- 0.8-1.6 mm / 20-12 mesh beads have been engineered for use in automatic spacer bar bending machines
|
|
|
- 0.8-2.0 mm/ 18-10 mesh beads with an optimum particle size for conventional filling of spacer bars
