Antiblocking and Processing Aids for Plastic
In the plastic foil processing industry, preventing layers of polymer film from sticking together (so-called “blocking”) and an improved surface structure which results in improved scratch-resistance are of the utmost importance to processors and producers alike.
Both can be achieved most effectively by using SYLOBLOC® silica gel antiblocking agents, while maintaining desired optical properties.
Compared to other types of antiblocking agents, particularly natural products, significant advantages can be achieved by using synthetic silica gels.
