COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 25, 2012-- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) announced today that it will release its third quarter 2012 financial results at 6:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, October 24. A company-hosted conference call and webcast will follow at 11:00 a.m. ET that day.

During the call, Fred Festa, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Hudson La Force, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the third quarter results. A question and answer session with analysts will follow the prepared remarks.
