Coatings for Aluminum Containers Become Part of the Grace Darex Product Group

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 2, 2007--W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE:GRA) today announced that it has acquired certain assets of Grupo Sistiaga S.L., located in Hernani, Spain. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Sistiaga is a supplier of coatings for aluminum containers.
