(NYSE:GRA) today announced that its Darex(R) packaging product group will report to Gregory Poling, President of Grace Davison, to better focus these products on technologies and end-use markets that are complementary with those of Grace Davison, and to pursue operational efficiencies. Grace Construction Products will report to Fred Festa, President and CEO of W. R. Grace & Co., until a leadership selection is made later this year. As a result of this realignment, Grace is also evaluating the configuration of its reportable operating segments in an effort to more clearly convey business drivers and performance, with the evaluation expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2007. Until that time, Grace will continue to report under the two operating segments of Grace Davison and Grace Performance Chemicals.
