Performance and Technical Support

Like other specialty products pioneered by Grace, our separation systems are based on proprietary technology combined with extensive experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

Performance on the Job

Low Capital Investment

Our systems are low in cost and high in value when compared with other treating alternatives.

Ease of Installation

Our units are skid-mounted with all necessary pretreatment hardware, housing, membrane elements, instrumentation and controls. They can be installed anywhere. Because they are space and weight efficient, they fit easily into crowded plant areas, maintain a low profile in environmentally sensitive locations or reduce the weight of an offshore platform.

Simple Operation

Grace Membrane systems have no moving parts. Maintenance and operator supervision are minimized. No liquid circulation eliminates corrosion and disposal problems.

No Utilities Required

Grace Membrane Systems do not need electrical power, water, or instrument air.

Flexibility

Existing units can be easily modified to handle a change in processing requirements.

Quick Delivery

Grace Membrane Systems delivers ready-to-operate skid mounted units. We have placed systems in service within two weeks of a customer's order. Delivered units achieve rated performance within minutes of startup.

Technical Support

Customer and Field Service

Grace Membranes are designed, constructed and sold by gas engineering experts. Customer service is our top priority from start to finish. We have years of design and start-up experience in membrane installations and all types of conventional gas processing facilities. We also provide analytical services and operator training.

Engineering and Process Design

Process designes are carried out using proprietary computer programs. Our process optimization package provides the best system design for your specific needs. Detailed engineering and process flowsheets are part of each customer's proposal.

As of September 10, 2009, the Grace Davison Membranes product line was sold to UOP, LLC. As a valued customer we want to ensure you have continued access to membrane product that you may need as replacement elements. Here is a link to the UOP web site for your convenience.
