Leadership Program
Grace works to attract the new generation of talent through its Leadership Program.
MBA students are encouraged to consider the program and the opportunities it offers.
If you have your sights set on a senior management position, Grace's Leadership Program
can make all the difference. This innovative program is designed specifically for
leaders seeking to pursue careers in the areas of Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance.
The Leadership Program is a two-year program focused on developing high-potential,
experienced individuals for leadership positions within Grace. Each participant
is assigned a Program Mentor responsible for following his or her progress and for
providing guidance and assistance.
During the program, participants rotate through assignments in different business
units, designed to provide a broad range of experiences while strengthening core
leadership skills. Positions are based in Cambridge, Massachusetts or Columbia,
Maryland. Participants should expect to travel 15-20% of the time.

To qualify for the program, you must have an MBA with a Bachelor of Science degree
in accounting, finance, physical science or engineering discipline (chemical, civil,
mechanical, or materials science), and a minimum of two-four years' professional
work experience. You must demonstrate success in multifunctional teams and/or matrix
organizations and have the ability and willingness to challenge conventional wisdom.
